According to scientists, people with high anxiety are not sensitive enough.

anxiety and nervous people tend to feel hypersensitive: they are more experienced, take to heart even minor trouble, constantly worried and feel fear.However, scientists from Tel Aviv University found that anxious people are not overly sensitive and vulnerable, on the contrary, they may lack sensitivity.

Scientists examined the brain in a state of fear in people with increased anxiety in healthy people.The subjects were shown images that cause fear and anxiety.By using the electroencephalogram (EEG), they measured the electrical activity of the brain, neurons induced response seen on the image.

As a result, scientists have found that people who are prone to anxiety, responded to weaker picture than the quieter participants in the experiment.The study was published in the journal Biological Psychology.
